Aaryan  begins with a genuinely audacious and brilliant premise : a failed writer (Selvaraghavan) commits suicide live on television, but declares he has orchestrated five more murders that the police must race to prevent. This high-concept setup immediately hooks you, promising a cerebral chess game between a dead killer and a living cop (Vishnu Vishal). Unfortunately, as debut director Praveen K attempts to flesh out this masterstroke idea, the film collapses under the weight of wobbly logic, convenient writing, and a preachy, unsatisfying motive .
